Cyd Notter is a Center for Nutrition Studies Certified Plant-based Professional, a past newspaper columnist, and an instructor for several dietary therapy courses, including The Starch Solution, Food Over Medicine, and Women's Health. She's also the author of the award-winning book The "Plan A" Diet: Combining Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition with the Timeless Wisdom of Scripture. For over 25 years, Cyd has provided a variety of health and cooking classes, both locally and online. She offers personal coaching through her online courses and hosts an Inflammation Support Group each month for PBNSG.org. Cyd is often a featured speaker at Veg Fests and other local groups, and has worked with school district employees and a hospital's fitness center. |

Vicki Brett-Gach is a Certified Personal Chef; Plant-Based Culinary Instructor; Master-Certified Vegan Lifestyle Coach; and the author of "The Plant-Based for Life Cookbook: Deliciously Simple Recipes to Nourish, Comfort, Energize and Renew" published through Brooklyn Writer's Press. Vicki earned a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, and is Forks Over Knives Plant-Based Certified. She is trained in Dietary Therapy for Reversing Common Diseases, and a graduate of Dr. McDougall's Starch Solution Certification program. Vicki holds certificates in Wellness Counseling (through Cornell University); and in Culinary Coaching (through Harvard Medical School and The Institute of Lifestyle Medicine).
Vicki is the creator of the Ann Arbor Vegan Kitchen blog, and her recipes have been featured in Health Science Magazine, VegWorld Magazine, Global Vegan, The Center For Nutrition Studies Newsletter, and The McDougall Newsletter. As a coach, she works remotely with individual clients across the country, often helping them reverse health challenges and chronic conditions, and teaches whole food plant-based cooking classes to groups of all sizes, with a focus on helping people learn how to make eating healthy EASY. |

Chef Valerie Wilson, also known as Chef Val, has been in the food industry since 1985. Having lived a vegan, Whole Foods, macrobiotic lifestyle since 1993, she started teaching cooking classes in 1997 and still teaches virtual and in person in South Eastern Michigan. Valerie offers lifestyle counseling, personal chef services, and hosts her own radio show, REAL FOOD with Chef Val. She writes for the Marquette based magazine, Health and Happiness, and the local magazine Body Mind Spirit Guide, She has a subscription private cooking channel, Chef Val's Whole and Healthy Cooking, and a YouTube channel. She is the author of six cookbooks, her most recent: Simply Healthy Scrumptious Desserts. |
